The funding of a new innovative service for patients of St Lukes Hospice in Kenton, Middlesex who are unable to access the Day Hospice. Physiotherapapy and complementary therapies are provided for patients in their own homes as part of a specialist palliative care service. www.stlukes-hospice.org
